professional massages spacious room friendly staff
I found the spa services particularly soothing and professional. I even got two excellent massages. the spacious room met all my needs. the staff was very friendly, and this enhanced the experience.

Good Pools and Friendly Shop Staff
friendly staff big parking good location
The shop people were nice, and they let me to my room an hour early. The hotel had big parking and was kept clean. Staff were attentive without bothering me. I saw pools and saunas arranged neatly.
The air conditioning unit did not seem to cool properly. I had to keep the door open because it got too warm. I would have prefered cooler air in the room.

The hotel is close to the airport and , made arrival and departure easy. It costs 10 euros for a one way trip. Major attractions were not far, yet the area felt quiet.

small towels basic bathroom
the room was big and, i guess, comfy enough.
the bathroom lacked even basic stuff. the towels felt small. it really did not seemed like a five star hotel.

Really good Amenities
comfortable sofa heated pool good options spacious room
The room included a big sleeping bed plus a comfortable sofa. I found a huge heated indoor pool there. The a la carte menu offered good options including pizza and pasta. I really appreciated the spacious room and lovely views of nearby forests.
Pillows lacked substance in my room.

The hotel has a big parking area. There is also a soft play area available for children. I noticed shops located on the ground floor.

The airport is very close to the hotel which makes arrival very convenient. I could easily walk to the popular Vrelo Bosne park. There is a shopping center located next door providing additional shopping and dining choices.

rude staff towel shortage
The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options, I didn't see such a variety in other hotels.
The spa's reception staff were unfriendly and rude. They didn't have towels available for hotel guests because the towels were reserved for spa users. Instead of providing towels, they made us go to the main reception, wait, and then return to the spa, I don't think that is how a guest at a 5 star hotel should be treated.

poorly cleaned room rude staff
The breakfast had a good variety of foods.
The staff's behavior was the worst part of the stay, except for the reception staff. The room was not clean. Only the indoor pools were working. Only one slide was available.
